 一、引導思想(xiang)觀念

 途經5年左右努力(li),辦(ban)好一(yi)批高(gao)水平(ping)、有(you)特色的教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)院校和(he)(he)師(shi)范類(lei)專(zhuan)業(ye),教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)培(pei)養培(pei)訓體系基本健(jian)全(quan),為我國教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)的長期可持續發展(zhan)(zhan)奠定堅實(shi)基礎。師(shi)德教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)顯著加強,教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)培(pei)養培(pei)訓的內容方式不斷優化,教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)綜合素(su)質、專(zhuan)業(ye)化水平(ping)和(he)(he)創新能力(li)顯著提升,為發展(zhan)(zhan)更(geng)(geng)高(gao)質量(liang)更(geng)(geng)加公平(ping)的教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)提供強有(you)力(li)的師(shi)資保障和(he)(he)人才(cai)支(zhi)撐。
